General RedClick Club Terms and Conditions

  • All current customers who bought directly from RedClick and have opted in to marketing communications can access all the benefits of RedClick Club; Spin to Win, discounts, offers and competitions.
  • Employees of RedClick & WinWin and their partner/spouse are not eligible to take part in ‘Spin to Win’, ‘Refer A Friend’ and ‘Retail Discounts’.
  • By registering for RedClick Club, or applying for a RedClick Club offer, competition, etc., you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to make any changes to the RedClick Club service or to discontinue any aspect or feature of the service without notice.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the RedClick Club service you will be deemed to have accepted the varied terms and conditions which will be posted here.
  • Any use of RedClick Club service is entirely at your own risk and in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation loss of income, data or other information as a result of the use of RedClick Club service.
  • You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of any third-party products and services or what you access through RedClick Club. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services available from a third party. Any dealings between you and third party via RedClick Club, including payment for and delivery of products, services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between you and that third party. Therefore, we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.
  • We accept no liability or responsibility for any of third party’s bookings, products and services. That particular third party will be supplying products and services to you on their own standard terms and conditions.

 

RedClick Club Rewards Offers & Discounts Terms and Conditions

  • E-Gift Codes: The Offer or Discount you select will generate an automatic e- Gift Code, please follow its specific guidelines. Specific terms and conditions will apply to each Offer or Discount and will be outlined on each e-Gift Code.
  • If using the code via an online mechanic, you simply enter the promotional code when prompted as part of the online payment process. This will then apply your discount.
  • Please always refer back to RedClick Club for full details of the promotion. These will be provided to you when redeeming the Offer or Discount.
  • You will receive your e-Gift Code automatically after selecting your Offer or Discount of choice.
  • If you do not receive your Offer or Discount e-Gift Code automatically, please contact the WIN|WIN’s support team within 7 days via email: RedClickSupport@winwin.ie or call our customer service team on 01 685 5391. Our lines are open Monday to Friday 9.30AM – 16.30PM. Any notifications outside of this window will not enable re-issuing of your e-Gift Code.
  • Please follow the online promotion instructions thoroughly to ensure you redeem the correct Offer or Discount. No substitutes or alternatives will be available.
  • E-Gift Codes are non-transferable.
  • Each e-Gift Code has an expiry date and must be used before this expiry date.
  • Breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the promotion. The decision of the Promoter in this matter will be final.
  • The Promoter will not be liable, either severally or jointly, or have any responsibility, for lost or stolen e-Gift Codes.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time. The promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for
    • a) any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system server, provider, delivery service or otherwise which may result in email information being lost or recorded whereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from such problems
    • b) Injury or damage to the participant upon delivery or use of their prize
  • Participating partner’s offers will frequently rotate in order to keep site content fresh and updated. Offers or Discounts can be removed and/or replaced by participating Suppliers.

 

Spin to Win Terms and Conditions

  1. All current customers who bought directly from RedClick and have opted in to marketing communications will have access to Spin to Win via email communications.
  2. Employees of RedClick & WinWin and their partner/spouse are not eligible to take part in ‘Spin to Win’.
  3. The Spin to Win wheel will only be active until midnight on 17th November 2024. You must spin the wheel before then for the chance to win a prize.
  4. All winners will receive an email communication with a link to their prize.
  5. All prizes in Spin to Win will have specific Terms and Conditions that apply, which are outlined below.
  6. All prizes and competitions are subject to change.
  7. Eligible customers will have a Maximum of 2 spins per quarter.
  8. Active RedClick direct customers will receive an extra chance to spin the wheel when they:
    1. Refer a friend
    2. Renew a policy
    3. Buy a new policy – have multiple active policies
    4. For active RedClick insurance policy holders who celebrate their 5th, 10th and 15th year anniversary with RedClick, they will receive an extra chance to spin the prize wheel every quarter for the duration of that year.

 

Early Table Credits

  1. Early Table restaurants are subject to availability
  2. Early Table credits may not be exchanged for cash
  3. Early Table credits are valid on www.earlytable.ie
  4. 4 Early Table Credits equates to €10 monetary value.
  5. Only 1 Early Table credit per person.
  6. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
  7. Once Early Table credit is accepted by the restaurant's website, any subsequent issues must be taken up with that restaurant
  8. Early Table credits are valid for 3 months

€10 Retail voucher

  1. You will receive notification to open a Gifty Voucher link to redeem your prize
  2. You have 90 days from the date you receive your Gifty Voucher link to convert your Gifty Credit into Brand Gift Codes
  3. You will have 1 year to use your Brand Gift Code
  4. Please familiarise yourself with the Brand's individual Terms and Conditions and Steps to Redeem

€100 Early Table Restaurant voucher

Charity Donation

  1. Each charity donation will go to your chosen charity at the end of each quarter.
  2. All donations made through this website are voluntary and non-refundable.
  3. The donated funds will be used for the charitable purposes described on the charity website.
  4. The organisation (“the Charity”) reserves the right to allocate the funds as it deems fit to best serve its charitable objectives.
  5. There is no cash alternative to this donation.
  6. All decisions are final and can’t be swapped after your choice has been made.
  7. Further queries related to the charities relief efforts should be directed to the charities directly.

 

€90 Free Fuel/EV Charging Voucher

Your prize; you can choose from two types of Circle K vouchers, up to a total value of €90 - a fuel Voucher or an EV Charging Voucher

Note: Fuel voucher(s); are up to a maximum value of €90. Each voucher must be used in full, in one transaction only.

  1. Circle K QR Codes are not valid in Circle K Express ..
  2. Each QR Code can only be scanned once.
  3. Each QR Code is valid for one single transaction only & no balance will be carried. No change will be given.
  4. This QR Code entitles the recipient to redeem Fuel to the value depicted as Fuel Credit on the face of a QR Code. It is not possible to use this QR Code for any other products.
  5. You must only present your QR Code after your fuel fill has been completed and not in advance. If you do so, you will clear the balance on your QR Code and it will not be possible to use against your subsequent Fuel purchase. QR Codes cannot be reissued if cleared in error prior to completing your Fuel Fill.
  6. By presenting this QR Code to Circle K for use, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.
  7. Subject to availability and opening hours;
    • a Fuel QR Code shall be redeemable against miles or miles PLUS unleaded and diesel fuel at Circle K stations in the Republic of Ireland (excluding Circle K Express).
    • An EV Charge voucher shall be redeemable at selected Circle K stations that include EV Charging points for use in the Republic of Ireland (excluding Circle K Express).
  8. QR Codes cannot be used at outside payment terminals
  9. Only one QR Code can be used per transaction for one fuel grade.
  10. Any outstanding transaction balance must be paid using cash, credit or debit card.
  11. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or fuel card.
  12. No substitutes or cash alternatives will be available, and QR Codes are non-transferable.
  13. Digital Gift Codes will be valid for 12 months from date of redemption.
  14. Vouchers cannot be combined into 1 voucher of higher denomination

  1. The prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with this prize draw, including RedClick employees.
  2. Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these rules.

  4. The prize draw opens on 17th October 2024
  5. The prize draw closes at midnight on 17th November 2024. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
  6. Every valid entry is entered into a prize draw where entrants could win: one (1) Double ticket for the Nation Series 2024 (Ireland v Australia) (the “Prize”).
  7. Four (4) winners will be selected from all entries.
  8. The winners will be selected at random and will be notified by email or phone no later than close of business on 20th November 2024.
  9. The winner needs to be available to attend the event on the 30th November 2024.
  10. If a winner is unable to attend on the 30th November, another winner will be drawn and notified.

The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw, including any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the prize draw.
  21. Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain the property of the Promoter. If a ticket is re-sold, transferred or advertised whether or not for profit, commercial gain or in the course of business by anyone other than the Promoter, or an authorised sub-agent, it will be void and the ticket holder will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue without refund.
  22. The winner and their guests must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the Prize and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the Prize, including without limitation the ticket conditions.
  23. Transport to and from the venue and all other incidentals associated with the event will be the responsibility of the winners and guests to arrange and not down to the responsibility of the Promoter.
  24. No other expenses are included in the Prize, e.g. travel, food and beverage, etc.
  25. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss (including delayed or cancelled flights), damage and/or personal injury suffered by the winner(s) or any guests chosen to participate with the winner in the Prize, as a result of their participation in the prize draw and/or arising out of the winner's enjoyment of the Prize.
  26. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries at its complete discretion, including those entries which the Promoter believes to be fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
